SalesHive provides B2B lead generation, outbound sales, CRM, calling, inbox, scheduling, client portal, and related sales technology services for our customers.
This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how Pipestry, LLC (DBA SalesHive) (“SalesHive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect, use, process, disclose, and protect information in connection with saleshive.com, app.saleshive.com, our client portal, deal rooms, booking pages, sales engagement technology, integrations, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Services, you acknowledge you have read and understand the terms of this Privacy Policy and our separate Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our practices, do not use or access the Services.
When SalesHive processes personal information on behalf of a customer, such as prospect lists, campaign activity, connected mailbox data, client CRM records, and outreach results, that customer may be the business or controller of that information and SalesHive may act as its service provider or processor. In those cases, we process the information to provide the Services and according to our customer's instructions, subject to applicable law and our agreements with that customer.

Understanding and Accepting Security Risks
Although we make every reasonable effort to protect information in our systems, SalesHive cannot and does not guarantee the security, confidentiality, or privacy of any information or communication.
SalesHive is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other websites, independent contractors, or third parties with whom we work to provide services, or those who access your information on our site or applications.
If you disagree with the way we collect, process, use, store, and display personal and non-personal information, please do not use our Services or interact with webpages, emails, applications, or systems that include our technology.

Security Technology
SalesHive employs industry accepted standards in protecting information stored in our systems. We use at least 128 bit SSL encryption to manage our payment processing. We are compliant with the PCI validation requirement.
We will take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized or inappropriate use by third parties. We have no control over these third parties, so we cannot be responsible for their use of information. SalesHive cannot guarantee that your information will always remain private.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
In certain circumstances we may elect not to respond to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

We store user data, including personal data, in the United States.
SalesHive’s Use of Third-Party Service Providers

SalesHive’s Terms of Use prohibit the use of our services by anyone under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18 years old. If you believe we have mistakenly collected personal data of a minor, please notify us at privacy@saleshive.com.
Requesting to Access, Correct, or Delete Your Personal Information
Under certain privacy laws, consumers have specific privacy rights. Regardless of whether you are a customer or a visitor, under certain laws, you may exercise the following data protection rights:

Sale of Data: SalesHive does not sell your data to any third parties.
Information We Collect
SalesHive may collect information about you in different instances: (1) when you provide information to us; (2) when you or your organization use our Services; (3) when our customers provide, import, connect, or generate information through the Services; (4) when we obtain business contact or company information from third-party providers or public sources; and (5) when you interact with SalesHive emails, calls, websites, deal rooms, booking pages, investor pages, client portal pages, or other SalesHive technology.
Information You Provide To Us
You may elect to fill out a contact form, call, chat, book a meeting, sign a document, upload a file, leave feedback, submit onboarding information, connect an integration, or email SalesHive. Upon doing that you may provide information to SalesHive which may include your name, contact information, title, company, account credentials or authentication identifiers, billing information, preferences, communications, attachments, and/or other forms of personally identifiable information (“PII”).
Customer, CRM, and Client Portal Information
Our Services may store and process customer records, client contacts, company details, deal records, contract and billing information, task and note history, campaign configuration, onboarding playbooks, client feedback, support requests, files and documents, permissions, audit logs, and information entered by authorized SalesHive personnel or customer users.
Prospect, Outreach, and Campaign Information
SalesHive and our customers may process business contact information about prospects and customers, including name, business email address, business phone number, job title, company, location, LinkedIn or other business profile URLs, company firmographics, source information, campaign membership, outreach status, email engagement, call outcomes, reply history, unsubscribe, do-not-contact, suppression, and deliverability information.
Connected Mailbox, Calendar, and Communication Information
If you or your organization connect a mailbox, calendar, or communication account, we may process OAuth tokens, account identifiers, email addresses, message headers, message bodies, threads, replies, sent messages, drafts, labels, folders, attachments, signatures, calendar availability, calendar events, meeting links, and related metadata as needed to provide the enabled email, inbox, scheduling, and outreach features.
Calls, Meetings, Recordings, and Transcripts
SalesHive may process call and meeting data, including dialer activity, call logs, phone numbers, timestamps, participants, recordings, transcripts, speaker labels, AI-generated summaries, coaching notes, follow-up recommendations, and meeting outcomes when those features are used.
AI, Agents, and Automation Information
Our Services include AI and automation features that may process prompts, instructions, chat messages, uploaded files, CRM records, campaign data, email content, call transcripts, generated drafts, summaries, agent run logs, tool outputs, and other business information to provide drafting, summarization, classification, recommendations, quality assurance, list building, reporting, support, and workflow automation. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
Billing, Usage, and Commercial Information
We may collect and process billing provider identifiers, customer and subscription records, invoices, payment status, usage records, data credits, data purchase records, plan information, and related commercial activity.
Information We Collect From Usage of Our Services
We collect information from visitors and users of our websites, applications, email communications, pages, and technology. Information collected in this manner is provided automatically by your system or by your interaction with our Services. This may include:
- IP Addresses
- Referring Web Pages
- Content/Web Pages you visit
- Searches you perform
- Browser, device, operating system, and user agent information
- Product usage events, authentication events, page views, and feature interactions
- Email opens, email clicks, deal room views, investor page views, booking activity, signature activity, and similar engagement signals
Information We Obtain from Third-Party Providers
We may pay to acquire information about potential customers and companies from third-party providers, enrichment providers, public sources, and customer-provided sources. This information can include business contact information, company information, job information, firmographics, professional profile information, signals, and source metadata. Once we receive this information, we handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and our agreements.
How SalesHive Uses Information We Collect
SalesHive uses this information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry
- To provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services
- To authenticate users, manage accounts, enforce permissions, and provide support
- To configure and run CRM, campaign, inbox, dialer, calendar, booking, client portal, deal room, reporting, and workflow features
- To send, draft, receive, sync, route, classify, and display emails and replies when connected mailbox features are enabled
- To schedule meetings, create calendar events, analyze calls and meetings, generate summaries, and support follow-up workflows
- To build, enrich, import, deduplicate, suppress, and manage prospect and company lists
- To market and sell our products and services to you and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activity
- To track engagement, deliverability, product usage, billing usage, data usage, service health, and security events
- To provide AI and automation features, including drafting, summarization, classification, recommendations, reporting, quality assurance, and agent workflows
- To process payments, invoices, subscriptions, credit balances, and related billing activity
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, respond to privacy requests, and protect SalesHive, our customers, users, and the public
Google, Microsoft, and Connected Mailboxes
When you connect a Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Outlook mailbox or calendar to the SalesHive platform (a "Connected Mailbox"), SalesHive accesses provider user data through OAuth 2.0 with your explicit consent.
Google scopes we request and why:
- Send email (gmail.send): To send outbound campaign messages and replies from your Connected Mailbox on your behalf, as configured in your SalesHive account.
- Read email (gmail.readonly): To detect inbound replies, display conversation threads in the SalesHive inbox, and support reply handling. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
- Modify email (gmail.modify): To mark messages read, apply labels needed for reply tracking, and maintain Gmail push notification watches for timely reply detection.
- Basic settings (gmail.settings.basic): To retrieve your email signature so outbound messages match your mailbox settings.
- View calendar (calendar.readonly): To read your calendar availability and upcoming events when you use SalesHive scheduling features tied to your Connected Mailbox.
- Manage events (calendar.events): To create calendar events (for example, when a meeting is booked through SalesHive) on calendars you can access.
- Identity (openid, email, profile): To confirm which Google account you connected and bind it to the correct SalesHive email account.
Microsoft scopes we request and why:
- Send mail (Mail.Send): To send outbound campaign messages and replies from your Connected Mailbox on your behalf, as configured in your SalesHive account.
- Read and write mail (Mail.ReadWrite): To read inbound messages, sync replies, create drafts, retrieve attachments, maintain thread state, and support inbox workflows.
- User identity (User.Read, openid, profile, email): To confirm which Microsoft account you connected and bind it to the correct SalesHive email account.
- Offline access (offline_access): To maintain the connection and refresh access tokens without requiring you to reconnect for each sync or send.
How we use connected mailbox and calendar data:
- Only to provide email sending, reply detection, inbox, and scheduling features you enable in SalesHive.
- We do not sell Google or Microsoft user data.
- We do not use Gmail, Outlook, or calendar data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
- Human access is limited to authorized SalesHive personnel supporting your account.
How we store connected mailbox and calendar data:
- OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest on SalesHive servers in the United States.
- Email content processed for reply detection and inbox display is stored in SalesHive systems associated with your account.
- We retain data while your Connected Mailbox remains active and as needed to provide the service.
How to disconnect and delete:
- Disconnect your mailbox in SalesHive Platform settings (Email Accounts) or ask your SalesHive administrator.
- Revoke access anytime in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Revoke Microsoft access in your Microsoft account or tenant application permissions settings.
- To request deletion of stored mailbox data, email privacy@saleshive.com.
SalesHive's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
When and How We Disclose/Share Your Information
Your information may be stored in a third-party system. We may disclose your personal information to, and in cooperation with, law enforcement officials on receipt of a valid court order.
Your personal information may be disclosed to other third parties when SalesHive is required to do so by law or in the good faith that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights and property of SalesHive
- Act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety of users of services or the public
- Protect against legal liability
SalesHive shares information with its service providers to provide the Services. SalesHive may also share information as part of an acquisition, merger, sale, or change of control or business entity status, or bankruptcy, or with affiliated entities subject to this Privacy Policy.
Depending on the feature used, information may also be disclosed to or made available to: authorized users within your organization; SalesHive personnel and contractors who need access to support the Services; customers and their administrators; connected mailbox, calendar, CRM, billing, data, calling, meeting, document, collaboration, analytics, and AI service providers; recipients of emails, calls, meeting invitations, files, or documents that you or your organization choose to send or share; and other parties at your direction or with your consent.
Control of Your Information
SalesHive makes reasonable efforts to provide you reasonable access to any of your personal information we maintain within one month of your request which you can submit at privacy@saleshive.com. We provide this access so that you may review, correct, amend, or request deletion of your data.
You can also ask us about:
- Why we have your personal information
- How we got your personal information
- What we have done with your personal information
- To whom we have communicated your personal information
- Where the personal information has been stored, processed or transferred
- How long we will retain your personal information
- The safeguards in place to protect your information when it is transferred to third parties
Finally, you can ask us not to collect or use your personal information for certain purposes, you can ask us not to provide your personal information to a third party, or you can ask us to delete your personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security and audit logs, maintain suppression and unsubscribe records, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by data type, feature, customer agreement, and legal requirement. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that integration, but previously stored records may remain until deleted according to our retention practices or an approved deletion request.
IMPORTANT: Any information by which you can be personally identified, such as your name, physical address, e-mail address and/or phone number and/or other content that you voluntarily disclose to our services may become available to the public and may be accessed, used and stored by others. You should not post sensitive personal information or any other information that you would not want made public.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time by updating this page. Periodically, you should return and review this Privacy Policy. Any use of the site following the posting of any new or modified privacy agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
